Initial evaluation was 4 weeks after the Hand Surgery. At this time, client was performing only the tendon hand mobilization exercises as prescribed by the surgeon. Client was in a lot of discomfort and had no functional use of the hand.

Low Level Laser Therapy (LLLT) shows beneficial accelerated healing and decreased inflammatory process of the same tendon and hand. Next picture was taken at the 7-week mark after the hand surgery and after 3 weeks of LLLT. The treatment with LLLT was applied twice a week for 3 weeks. The function of the hand is much improved, and client returns to preferred activities such as weightlifting and rowing.
