Prevention of Hip Injuries - Exercises


This is series is for preventing hip injuries and consists of three exercises:

  1. Standing Gluteal Musculature Recruitment

  2. Kneeling Hip Capsule and Flexor Musculature Stretch

  3. The “Clock”- Hip Rotators Recruitment

Perform these exercises daily before you go running/walking or if you feel that your hips are sluggish, tight or weak.
